What is the All-Access Pass?
The All-Access pass is a monthly membership offered in different tiers, giving you access to download any product on the platform as well as request specific themes.
What are theme requests?
Once you have a membership, you can supply a UI design or tell us an idea and it will be developed and added to the website, you can then download it for your own use.

What are some of the themes I can requests?
You can request anywhere from landing pages to multi-page websites in any niche.
Are the themes specific to me?
The themes requested are specific to the website and anyone with a plan can purchase them, if you need something specific, upgrade to one of our customization plans and request as much themes as possible, all these will be made exclusively for you.
How many themes can I request per month?
Depending on your membership, a personal license grants you 2 monthly theme requests while a team license gets you 5.
How often do you release new products?
We curate new products on a weekly basis. We value quality over quantity
How do I upgrade or downgrade a membership?
Send us an email at info@themealchemy.com, and we'll discount the amount you've paid for the previous license!
How does support work?
Depending on your membership type, you have a fixed period when you can submit any problem to us regarding product functionalities and bug fixes. You will get responses directly from our team within a maximum of 24 hours (during business days): For example, if you on a pro membership, you will receive Premium & High-priority Support for 12 months.
If you need 24 months of Support, you will need to upgrade to the Elite membership.


What is the Standard and Pro Plan?
With the Standard and Pro plan you can request custom specifications, developments and functionalities to your themes to suite your purposes of business needs, these plans basically offer a web development service.
What happens if I subscribe to a plan?
After subscription a call is setup or email sent where we outline expectations, setup communication lines, share project board where features, customizations and functionalities are requested. Work then begins.
How do I get updates about my requests?
Since we use a project management tools, tickets once done are moved to the done section and communication is also persisted on slack, email, whatsapp or call depending on what you prefer.
How many features can I request?
You have unlimited feature requests to any theme you want, simply just add tickets to the project tracking board and you good to go.
How do I request features?
We offer tons of flexibility in how you request designs using Trello, Jira, Slack and ClickUp. Basically adding a request to your project board, a call or message is fair game
Can I download products on the Standard and Pro plan
You have unlimited access and downloads for the entirety of your plan.
How long does it take to deliver a feature?
Features usually take a day or less to deliver.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you may not have enough customizations, feature and functionality requests to fill up entire month. Perhaps you only have 5 or 6 requests at the moment. That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy.
Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let's say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you'll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
I have my own design, can you develop it for me?
We can develop any and all your designs to your satisfaction.
Do you offer design work?
We have a dedicated team of designers that can design your project, we offer logo and branding services too.
How does maintenance work?
After your theme has been developed and hosted, we maintain if for another 6 months at no added cost.
Are there any refunds if I don't the service?
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued
